"We have been using this agency for a long time. We love the specialized service we receive every time we have questions or need a new quote, every single time we are treated fairly and with total kindness. We currently keep both of our autos insured with them because of the low rates and service we get. We have had to use the roadside service we have coverage for a few times and never ever have to wait at the side of the road for hours and they tow to whatever mechanic shop we ask them to it home if we can handle the fix ourselves along with a ride home as well. Claims are processed fast and we have never had any kind of surprises we have had in the past with other insurer's we have used. The drive safe and save they offer to show how safe if a driver you are is great and gets big discounts on premiums, out renewal started the first of October 2025 and because of having the app out rates on the primary vehicle dropped 28% for us. I highly recommend anyone looking to switch companies and get new quotes or just needing insurance to give them a call and see for yourselves what amazing offers you find! Jen called me today to discuss our insurance and see if there were any needs concerns or complaints we have, she was super friendly and extremely helpful, to me politeness goes along way.. thank you Jen it was a pleasure to talk with you!"

"I would not recommend this team. After some confusion with our policy being withdrawn on the day of closing on our first home we asked if it could be reinstated. After hearing we were talking with another agent and would potentially switch in the future Christian, after consulting with his boss Sean, refused to reinstate in an extremely unprofessional manner saying "it was a waste of time." He then went out of his way to reach out to our lender right before we closed to attempt to delay our closing. Our lender also asked him to reinstate our insurance which he refused and was unprofessional to her as well. Thanks to our lender and Julian Henao at Farmers who worked extra hard, we were able to close with only a two hour delay. Be cautious of Christian as he proved to be very petty and will go out of his way to seek revenge if you are considering other options. It is a very confusing time as a first time homebuyer and instead of showing any understanding we were greeted with disrespect and unprofessionalism which reflects poorly on the entire team."

"Thank you for your time and we appreciate the feedback as we are always looking to reduce confusion. Christian was told on closing day that other insurance had been found and to withdraw the applications. That is a process/request we must complete so that you do not get charged for a second policy. It is our process to contact the lender as we sent them a binder before closing that is no longer valid. After the withdraw request was confirmed we got a request to reinstate the policy. We have limitations on reinstating a withdraw on the same day. Christian and I reviewed this and came to the same conclusion; it was your closing day and there were limited immediate solutions that would not cause more confusion. I am happy to hear that the confusion did get figured out with your insurance company and the lender. We all appreciate competition, the ability to shop, compare and change companies. We provided clear, professional, honest, direct, and open communication with everyone throughout the requests. "
